The EtO Sterilisation Indicator Tape is designed to provide immediate visual results as to whether or not Ethylene Oxide gases have successfully penetrated the sterilisation load. The word “gas” on the tape will change color from brown to green when exposed to ethylene oxide, thus allowing users to identify packs that have been sterilised in subsequent storage.
The tape confirms that the pack has been exposed to EtO but is not designed as a guarantee of sterility. It is not intended to replace Dosimeters
